Operopsy products and operating relationships
Operopsy provides AI Dispatcher configuration, SMS and AI messaging workflows, web and conversion work, search and GEO, paid acquisition, custom CRM development, follow-up, workflow connections, measurement and related growth operations. A standalone product, Growth System engagement or Growth Partnership begins with an agreed scope. A request does not automatically accept a project, authorize spending, issue an invoice or create an investment commitment.
Scope, responsibilities and access
A written agreement defines deliverables, responsibilities, fees, access requirements, approvals and timing. Your team continues to operate the business and fulfill its services. Business information, claims, knowledge and supplied materials must be accurate and approved. Integration feasibility depends on supported systems, permissions and data quality. The signed agreement controls if it differs from this page.
Pricing and outside costs
Published prices are reference starting points, not binding quotations. Existing agreements and previously prepared proposals keep their stated pricing unless a change is agreed in writing.
The standard AI Dispatcher package is $299 / month, with $499 one-time setup. 500 US inbound AI minutes/month included; $0.35 per additional minute. The package includes 1 US local number.
Dispatcher usage is measured in actual AI-connected seconds across the month. The monthly total is rounded up to whole minutes once, rather than rounding each call. Unused included minutes do not roll over to the next month.
SMS, email, international calling and nonstandard integrations are excluded from the Dispatcher package and require a separate agreement. Custom CRM development is also excluded. SMS setup, ongoing work, provider usage and sender-registration costs are quoted separately. Taxes are separate.
Web and conversion work starts from a $1,500 reference; SEO / GEO has a $499 monthly reference. Custom scopes, platform subscriptions, advertising spend and other third-party costs are addressed in the agreement.
Growth Partnerships
Growth Partnerships are offered selectively. Eligibility, investment, attribution, operating responsibilities and compensation are defined in a separate written agreement. Results are not guaranteed.
For qualifying businesses, Operopsy may take broader online growth responsibility and may invest its own capital in part or all of an agreed acquisition or growth budget. Compensation may be tied to attributable collected revenue, qualified or completed business, agreed performance events or another measurable structure. There is no universal revenue-share percentage, automatic acceptance or automatic funding.
Measurement and attribution
Attribution depends on the client’s systems and the availability and quality of source, lead, booking, job and payment data. The agreement defines what counts, how outcomes are verified, and any exclusions or adjustments. Complete attribution cannot be assumed for every interaction or outcome.
AI, messaging and approved outreach
AI workflows must use approved business knowledge and configured handoff rules. Supported outbound workflows require the appropriate lawful basis, suppression checks, calling windows and approvals. Publicly listed business contact information is not, by itself, permission for an AI marketing call. AI systems can make mistakes, and sensitive or exceptional decisions need human review.
SMS activation depends on the agreed use case, supported provider setup, required sender registration, documented permissions and opt-out handling. Marketing campaigns require an appropriately opted-in audience and approved content. Purchased contact lists or additional numbers do not replace these requirements. We do not rotate numbers to evade filtering. Delivery status is not a read receipt or proof of a sale; manually reported outcomes are identified separately from verified payment records.
Results and availability
We do not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, rankings, AI citations, return on spend or partnership funding. Outcomes depend on the business, market, offer, operating capacity and other factors. Third-party systems may change or become unavailable. Service levels and operational commitments are defined in the applicable agreement.
