Information you choose to share
When you contact Operopsy, we collect the business and contact information you provide, selected products, goals, existing systems and relevant project details, including any messaging use cases, channel preferences and existing tools you describe. A Growth Partnership application can also include revenue ranges, average job value, advertising spend, optional gross margin, lead volume, operating capacity and other business information you choose to share. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive customer information.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to respond, assess fit and feasibility, evaluate a potential partnership, clarify responsibilities, prepare proposals and provide agreed services. Application economics support that review; they do not automatically determine acceptance, investment or commercial terms.
Private application records
Business economics, application details and internal review notes are kept in the private review workspace. They are not included in default customer-facing AI knowledge. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service or agreed work. We do not sell personal information.
Calls, messages and your choices
Submitting a request or partnership application does not automatically authorize an AI marketing call. Optional AI-call permission is requested and recorded separately, and is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke permission or ask us not to contact you. Configured call workflows may produce call records, transcripts, summaries and outcomes, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
A request for SMS services or a preference for texting is not marketing-message permission. In an agreed messaging service, we may process message contents, contact preferences, permission and opt-out records, delivery statuses, summaries and linked outcomes for that business. Permission is specific to the sender and message purpose; notification and marketing permissions are reviewed separately. Recipients can reply STOP to stop texts. HELP requests assistance and does not subscribe a recipient to marketing.
Service providers and connected systems
Hosting, communications, AI and other providers may process information needed to operate agreed services. Integrations depend on the client’s systems and permissions. Source, booking, job and payment data may be used for agreed measurement and attribution where supported. Access and responsibilities are defined for the engagement.
Security and retention
We use access controls and technical safeguards to protect information. We retain records as needed to respond to requests, assess applications, provide agreed services, meet applicable obligations and resolve disputes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
Use our contact form to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw contact permission. Describe the request without sharing unnecessary sensitive information. Identity verification may be required. We will handle requests under applicable privacy requirements.
